Dr. Billy Grant has a Harvard medical degree -- except he was last in his class, which partly explains why he's the in-house physician at a Vegas hotel casino. Still, his vow to uphold the Hippocratic oath sometimes puts him at odds with the hotel's manager, Tommy, who's a hypochondriac to boot.
