A nice medical drama, which by the end of each episode always delivers some positive and optimistic feeling that help making your approach to daily-life better. (Perhaps, in this show, the doctors are the ones really having the hardest time, in their professional and/or personal life, but you do not perceive it as overdramatic or excessively sadistic, as in other medical dramas...) Decent balance between vertical and horizontal storylines, and you can appreciate the single episode with no strong need for a "previously on".
