Tim N If you want the courage to finally end your life, watch this season. By the end you’ll be putting a toaster in the bathtub, or swerving your car towards the tree line on the highway Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 12/04/24 Full Review rebecca p Okay it was bad, that English lady with the Danny Dyer voice she was terrible. The worst actor they could have picked. The generette story didn't go anywhere JJ's real dad that storyline didn't go anywhere. He appeared, no big drama, just so he could add spice to the story and be surrogate Ward. Where did Luke go? One of the better actors and they barely used him. JJ was an annoying character anyway and what about Pope's family history storyline? Where did that go?? It just disappeared! The whole crew of bad guys led by the English lady - there was nothing scary or menacing about them. And why was she SO BAD in this? Wo let her act like the worst Eastenders actor? I want to know why were they scared of her,, she didn't threaten them, she wasn't coercing them why were they scared of hee? They fumbled around looking seedy and behaving as sinister as a mug of cocoa. Ugh, that lady belongs in a Seaside Xmas panto. As for the Morocco episode, it was so lame. People don't wear eye goggles and shawls made of sack cloth anymore. It was patronizing . It looked like they hadn't done any work on researching and it looked like the show is getting too big for its homegrown nature it was just embarrassing to watch the whole Morocco episode frankly. THe end was far too INdiana Jones with the music and the dist storm. OK OBX now has a theme so they committed to the all hands on deck for the loot snatch, but what happened to the baddies in the end? It wasn't just JJ's dad looking, it was all of them. Dear God I wanted to lobe this season. Kie and KK, well that was a whiny relationship from the beginning anyway. She's whiny. And Rafe can more than be the replacement for JJ since Drew STarkey is a good actor and Rafe is just a better character. Next time bring back the Rafe's drug dealer friend actor. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 11/22/24 Full Review D L So much drama I am exhausted just watching it. Confusing jumps in the story and the chemistry is off with everyone. Really unrealistic. Super impulsive and emotionally driven decisions that I just shake my head at. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 11/21/24 Full Review Nathaniel K This season was a rough watch. For a show with so much potential and a lot of earned goodwill from the earlier seasons, the second half of season 4 was a train wreck. Incoherent story that is so erratic. Plot points are just forgotten and we are expected to simply go along with everything. At the end, we just forgot the Corsairs were right on their heels in Morocco. They literally just disappear. So frustrating! Rated 1 out of 5 stars 11/19/24 Full Review Audience Member It was an emotional rollercoaster that tied loose ends but also had much heartbreak and just the right amount of entrancing that made me want to watch the next season, even if I am FOREVER TRAUMATIZED about the ending. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 11/19/24 Full Review Lucas S The entire season is the main cast (especially JJ) making stupid decisions, void of any logic at times. Makes for an incredibly frustrating watch for most of the season. They either add very little to the story or progress it by making a horribly stupid idea or action. This season is almost entirely based around JJ, which has great potential. But ultimately they failed to make this an engaging, entertaining season. Most characters seem one dimensional this season. John B - just seems a bit of an idiot this season. JJ - reckless but mean well. Pope - starts of well with using logic but that gets ditched fast. Kiara - does nothing the whole time. Cleo - only useful off screen. Sarah - doesn’t do much. Rage - only character I actually enjoyed this season. Overall a disappointing season.
