How lucky, then, that babe-alicious waitress/aspiring actress Penny moves in next door. This show has to be one of the most easygoing viewing experiences, up there with the likes of The Office. It captures the awkward and demanding challenges of life, while offering a pleasant on-screen visual of normality. The characters are perfectly executed by each and every actor in this show, there isn’t one of them I could imagine not being in it. They have an intense and brilliant chemistry, which will make you laugh, smile, and cry as you watch them bumble through their lives. There are running jokes and familiar habits that will make you feel like part of the friendship group, and settings you’ll learn to love. From the comic book store to the university to the apartments they bounce between, this show is heartwarming, relatable, and fun. I recommend this show to anyone who wants a laugh, likes getting to know characters, and enjoys watching friendship dynamics unfold.
