Chad de Guzman TIME Magazine Across 16 nail-biting episodes, it tells the story of one woman’s plan to get revenge on the people who tormented and bullied her during high school. Jan 3, 2024 Full Review Quinci LeGardye AV Club It’s can’t-miss-a-second plotting with can’t-look-away framing. Rated: A- Mar 9, 2023 Full Review Chris Vognar San Francisco Chronicle Visually arresting and carefully constructed, “The Glory” sharpens its central theme to a fine point, reveling in Moon Dong-eun’s maneuvers the way a heist film might delineate the steps of a grand robbery. Rated: 3/4 Jan 3, 2023 Full Review Paroma Chakravarty Film Companion Moon Dong-eun (Song Hye-kyo) remained colourless in a way that made her fade quickly from my memory. Jan 13, 2024 Full Review S. Poorvaja The Hindu Razor-sharp writing elevates this disturbing tale of bullying and revenge... Sep 27, 2023 Full Review Jae-Ha Kim Jae-Ha Kim "The Glory" had so much promise — a strong leading lady, a skilled screenwriter, the backing of Netflix's money, and the promise of a scintillating revenge thriller. And yet at the end of the eight-episode first season, I found myself underwhelmed. Rated: 2.5/4 Jul 27, 2023 Full Review Read all reviews

Peter K It was well done but much, much too long. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 03/03/24 Full Review Jesse C The plot maybe dragged on a little, but I'd watch it again. Very crafty plot. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 01/25/24 Full Review Shawn D Well done! Im now hooked on South Korean dramas. Highly recommend but warning, the bullying scenes are very hard to stomach. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 12/30/23 Full Review Joy M The first episode was so hard to watch. I know bullying in Korean shows is often next level but this is above anything I've seen depicted. You immediately want to watch Dong-eun get her revenge. And she is brilliant in the way she sets it up. I was hooked! Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 12/18/23 Full Review Duc khai V Terrifyingly addictive Rated 5 out of 5 stars 11/27/23 Full Review Parneet C An incredibly portrayal of the haunting power of revenge and trauma. This show takes its time to build characters up and break them down, including devolving dyanmics amongst the rich & immoral characters who, when set up, turn on each other. What makes this show brilliant is that unlike most hollywood revenge stories, this is more a story of redemption and reclaimation of a woman brutlaized by an injust system who doesn't lose her own humanity. The story's complexity and relational intricacies are really incredible, and the visual illustrations of the city, landscape and seasons are stunning. This show set the bar so high!
