An incredibly portrayal of the haunting power of revenge and trauma. This show takes its time to build characters up and break them down, including devolving dyanmics amongst the rich & immoral characters who, when set up, turn on each other. What makes this show brilliant is that unlike most hollywood revenge stories, this is more a story of redemption and reclaimation of a woman brutlaized by an injust system who doesn't lose her own humanity. The story's complexity and relational intricacies are really incredible, and the visual illustrations of the city, landscape and seasons are stunning. This show set the bar so high!

At absolute work of art. I've rewatched it at least 4 times since it has come out. It blends together so well I didn't even notice where season one ended and season 2 started.

An absolute must see. The story is great. Yes it does go overboard sometimes but you need it to deliver. On the other hand it is never too much to become an issue. The cast is great. The cinematography is wonderful.

The show gets 1.5 stars from me for its brilliant cinematography and intriguing premise, but the execution fell flat because I just could not buy that many pure psychopaths existing in one high school. I think the hair curler scene involved like 8 "kids" or something? at least? The chances of that many pure psychopaths/sadists etc existing in the same school is ridiculously small. Even if we take peer pressure into account (which it didnt seem to be) it 4-5 psychopaths is still way too much for one high school. After high school etc, psychopaths have a much better chance of meeting each other in gangs and etc, so i could believe it if the group were not high school girls. as is, its just way too high a ratio for me for get into. as soon as i saw how many of these young girls were smiling at her brutal pain / sexual assault I knew it felt off in terms of reality.

An outstanding production. The end of each episode left me wanting to immediately watch the next one. The storyline was amazing, the actors were all excellent, and it was great to see the flashback scenes to become aware of what happened in previous episodes which did not give you all of the answers immediately. The topic of bullying is so universally topical, and the effects of bullying can, and do, have long lasting effects on people's lives. Without giving anything away, it was very gratifying to see the final episode. Highly recommended!

there are some points - 1. the plot story is good enough for anyone to get hyped 2. but the emotion have no base, they felt empty ( except for the 1st 2 episodes you get strong emotion from the main lead), rest episodes emotions are empty, hollow 3. main character (adult version), felt like pretending to be that emotionless, revengeful kind of character ( with trying hard to maintain a blank face and blank emotion) but there are moments when we can see through her and we can see that she's actually not what she should be ( emotionless and revengeful) according to the story. 4. main character's blank face is kind of annoying to watch 5. the story is waaaay to stretched, evry character is babbling to every other character and so on. 6. the main problem is hollow emotions shown by the characters 7. perhaps it's a Kdrama it's like this, no need for romance in a serious issue like this. 8. the side characters are cringe and everyone trying to be that badass, I don't know felt like it 9. in " Vincenzo" - the 1st two episodes are hyped and hooked middle episodes are unbearable to watch so cringe and unnecessary last episode 2 are enough and satisfying same concept here,

I really like psychological thrillers, watched many good ones but I have never watched KDrama. So someone suggested me to start watching KDrama by watching my favourite genre and here comes The Glory. Honestly, the story is goo, it got me hooked in beginning but there are too many plot holes. I mean everyone is blabbing everything to everyone. That's not how a suspense psychological thriller works. The content and quality doesn't match it's popularity.

This show depicts issues that we don't focus on. Bullying is a big issue that has been going on in schools, especially in South Korea. Social status and physical appearances are two of the many things people attack. And it's always people who are of higher status who are the perpetrators. The show is kind of brutal to see, so it's not recommended to a lot of people. But it's a good one. They had good casting, too, and their artists played the roles so well that they hit your nerves at certain scenes.
