Chris T Opening is all wrong. Homicide would be called after area is secured. Local police know it's at least a missing person. Rural area in Poconos would be Sheriff getting called you'd think. Like some of the characters. Like sound track. Not sure why botch the setup like that. It's at least a big stretch.
