      Laura S New season new formula. They could have repeated what had worked so well previously, and the fact that they didn't is one of the things that makes this season a great one. It's not the best and it doesn't need to be. I love that they were faithful to the western essence of the show and kept Din Djarin as a western archetype hero. He's the hero of the show, not the chosen one. And this season made me love Bo-Katan as a character. My only complaint is not enough Grogu screen-time. Watching a few episodes the other night, we cracked up quite many times with my son. Not because it was funny, but because the cringe level had reached Boba Fett height. Action scenes are lame, the overall setup makes no sense, character motives make you scratch your head, characters are in turns undestructible, then lame... not sure I'm going to reach the last episode. But then again, with the second season's end, where could they take this story?
