there was 2 episodes where there was a horror kind of thing in this season. which normally there is 1 with the tree of horror thats why they only get a half star. I never watch tree of horror, because i dont like the genre and i do not apreciate, the surprice of 2 horror episodes.

The 3rd episode from the iconic American TV show "The Simpsons" (McMansion & wife) is by far one of the most awful episodes I have ever witnessed. In The episode, it starts with Homer and Marge Simpson visiting the new couple on the street and finding out that the Husband is rich and soon becomes Homer's newest friend. Throughout the episode, The Husband and Homer enjoy Lamborghini rides (The husband is an owner of a Lamborghini shop) and Homer gets talked into signing a paper, not knowing that it permits the neighbours to be allowed to make significant changes to their house. Feeling betrayed, Homer stands up for his rights and tells his ex-friend the following statement: "There is no such thing as a ‘Lambo man.' It's just rich guys in cars." Everyone, quite shocked, agrees and leaves the store. Homer gets in his car, but it breaks down, and he has to push it down the street. The episode ends there. Ps: There was a bit about Lisa, Bart, Nelson and Hubert Wong in the episode but I don't even want to go into detail about that. First of all, the plot didn't make any sense. It was all over the place and could never get to the main idea. In addition, it seemed repetitive and it wasn't getting anywhere. Another problem was that the jokes were cruddy and stale. The only funny thing about them was how it almost felt like they were trying to be bad. Furthermore, the ending was fast-paced and it seemed like it was wrapped up very quickly because the writers spent so much time on the plot. Last but not least, if anyone can make characters very likable, it's Matt Groening and his team. But honestly, all the characters were poorly portrayed. So, no offence, Mike B. Anderson and Debbie Mahan (The directors) but you can do much better and this episode was, in all honesty, incredibly dreadful.

There is a higher quality for jokes and story telling that are present in this season. You can see the improvements between season 33 to 34 to 35. The writers are actually putting in effort now and is really paying off. Sadly, people here are just saying it's bad, but really haven't actually watched the episodes. Hopefully this can stay consistent.

I love the Simpsons and watched them all since I was little but this season has been unfunny and overall just a waste of time.

I have very much enjoyed the 35th season of The Simpsons thus far. Personally, I believe that this new season has some great satirical comedy. They are talking about topics in a way that I think fits the comedic expectations of the show. One of my favourite episodes from this new season is the very first episode. It talks about the issue of power and how it can corrupt whilst still being conventionally funny. It is quite disheartening to see that others are simply review bombing the new seasons without giving them a try.

The Simpsons Season 35 is an amazing season. I was going to wait until the season was over to review it again, but I saw this season with a 58% for audience and I knew I had to review it again. Two episodes that I thought were really good in this season were a Mid-Childhood Night Dream and Treehouse of Horror XXXVI. One episode that I HATED was ??????: A Corporate Love Story ( I forget the ?????? of the title of the episode ). I notice ( and it is probably just me not watching the new seasons ) that Marge and Mr. Burns voices sound different. Marge's voice sounds like Patty and Selma's, and Mr. Burns voice sounds like it got all the accent out of it. Also I noticed that The Simpsons got rid of their couch gag completely!! That's outrageous!! I give this a 72% right now. The next time I review this season is when it is finished.
