British-born Arthur Askey was an actor who built himself a successful Hollywood film career. Askey began his career with a role in "The Ghost Train" (1941). He went on to act in "End of Term" (1977) and "The Pantomime Dame" (1982). Askey was most recently credited in the documentary "The Filth and the Fury" (2000) with Johnny Rotten. Askey passed away in November 1982 at the age of 82.
