Bárbara Mori
Born February 2, 1978, Bárbara Mori is a Uruguayan-Mexican actor and model who rose to fame with her breakout role as Rubí Pérez in the telenovela "Rubí" (Televisa, 2004), which became an international hit. Mori began her career in modeling before transitioning to acting, starring in various Mexican TV shows such as "Control Z" (Netflix, 2020-2022). She made her film debut in "Inspiration" (2001) and gained recognition for her role in "My Brother's Wife" (2005). Recently, she appeared in the TV series "Women in Blue" (Apple TV+, 2024). Mori continues to expand her career, also working as a producer and advocate for women's health, notably after surviving breast cancer.
