Ben Frank was a prolific actor who created a name for himself largely on the big screen. Early on, Frank mostly landed roles in various films, including "Live a Little, Steal a Lot" (1974), "Jessie's Girls" (1976) and "Don't Answer the Phone!" (1979). He additionally landed roles in the TV movies "Manhunter" (CBS, 1973-74) and "Rainbow" (NBC, 1978-79). He kept working in film throughout the seventies and the eighties, starring in the Jodie Foster drama "Foxes" (1980), "Death Wish II" (1982) with Charles Bronson and "Slapstick of Another Kind" (1984) starring Jerry Lewis. He also starred in the TV movies "High Midnight" (CBS, 1979-1980) and "Heart of a Champion: The Ray Mancini Story" (CBS, 1984-85). Film continued to be his passion as he played roles in the Ronny Cox comedy "Hollywood Vice Squad" (1986) and "Hollywood Zap" (1986). He also was featured in the TV movies "Assassin" (CBS, 1985-86) and "Shattered Innocence" (CBS, 1987-88). Frank more recently worked on "White Men Can't Jump" (1992) with Wesley Snipes.
