Journalist and television host Brooke Baldwin was born in Atlanta, Georgia. She began her career in television at a station in Virginia and then became the morning news anchor at a station in West Virginia. In 2008 she joined the staff at CNN where she was anchor on "CNN Newsroom With Brooke Baldwin." She has since hosted coverage of events such as the final launch of Space Shuttle Atlantis, the second inauguration of former president Obama, the Orlando nightclub shooting and former president Trump's inauguration.
