Craig Reynolds

Craig Reynolds was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. In his early acting career, Reynolds appeared in such films as "The Case of the Lucky Legs" (1935), "Jailbreak" (1936) and "Times Square Playboy" (1936). He also appeared in "Sons O' Guns" (1936) with Joe E Brown, the Ricardo Cortez mystery "The Case of the Black Cat" (1936) and "The Golden Arrow" (1936) with Bette Davis. He continued to act in productions like the biopic "The Great Garrick" (1937) with Brian Aherne, the western "The Cherokee Strip" (1937) with Dick Foran and "Slander House" (1938). He also appeared in the western "Gold Mine in the Sky" (1938) with Gene Autry. Toward the end of his career, he tackled roles in the James Dunn drama "Son of the Navy" (1940), the western "Nevada" (1944) with Robert Mitchum and the George Sanders dramatic adaptation "The Strange Affair of Uncle Harry" (1945). He also appeared in the horror film "Just Before Dawn" (1946) with Warner Baxter. Reynolds was most recently credited in the Rowan Atkinson action flick "Rat Race" (2001). Reynolds passed away in October 1949 at the age of 42.
