Danielle Deadwyler was born May 3, 1982 in Atlanta, Georgia. Early roles include acting as Quita in "The Haves and the Have Nots" (OWN, 2013-20), as Miranda Carroll in "Station Eleven" (Max, 2021) and as Yoli in "P-Valley" (Starz, 2020-). Deadwyler is credited as Executive Producer of "The Devil to Pay" (2020) and "Parallel" (2023) in which she also acted. More recent acting credits include "Carry On" (2024), "The Piano Lesson" (2024) and "I Saw the TV Glow" (2024). Danielle Deadwyler has several projects in various stages of development.
