Fred Ponzlov
Frederick Ponzlov was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. He also appeared in the TV movie "Laguna Heat" (HBO, 1987-88). He also was featured in the miniseries "Celebrity" (1983-84) and "Fatal Vision" (1984-85). Ponzlov worked in television around the start of his acting career with a role on "Murder, She Wrote" (CBS, 1984-1996). He also starred in the TV movies "Strange Voices" (1987-88), "Locked Up: A Mother's Rage" (CBS, 1991-92) and "Full Eclipse" (HBO, 1993-94). His career progressed to film, including a role in the Tom Hanks comedy adventure "Turner & Hooch" (1989). Additionally, he appeared on the television special "Ancient Prophecies II" (NBC, 1994-95). He also worked in television during these years, including a part on "Ally McBeal" (Fox, 1997-2002). He also appeared in the musical drama "What's Love Got to Do With It" (1993) with Angela Bassett. Ponzlov most recently wrote the comedic drama "Undertaking Betty" (2005) with Christopher Walken.
