Gavin Stenhouse
A fair-haired leading man with a memorable smile, Gavin Stenhouse first became interested in acting as a child watching Bruce Lee movies in China, where he was born. Though his family moved back to their native England when Stenhouse was nine, he continued to nurture his interest, eventually graduating from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London with a degree in acting. After booking his first professional job, a 2007 commercial for Nomis boots that would go on to win a Golden Lion at the Cannes International Festival of Creativity, he began making appearances on British TV series like "Fresh!" (BBC Switch, 2008-) and "Iconicles" (CBeebies, 2010-2011). Stenhouse's big break came when he was cast in his first feature film, the action-adventure epic "Clash of Empires" (2011). The role required a month of intense martial arts training, but Stenhouse enjoyed the process immensely, relishing not only the challenge, but the connection to his youth in China. After relocating to the United States, Stenhouse picked up several more roles, appearing on "Major Crimes" (TNT, 2012), "Person of Interest" (CBS, 2011-), and "American Horror Story" (FX, 2011-). His next big break came in 2015, when he was cast in the leading role of Alex O'Connor on the drama series "Allegiance" (NBC, 2015-).
