Gerry Gibson was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. He additionally landed roles in the TV movies "Dial M For Murder" (1980-81), "I Want to Live" (ABC, 1982-83) and "Concrete Beat" (ABC, 1983-84). He also worked in film during these years, including roles in the Sean Penn dramatic comedy "Racing With the Moon" (1984) and the comedy "Micki & Maude" (1984) with Dudley Moore. Gibson also contributed music to "Jaguar Lives!" (1979). He continued to work steadily in film throughout the eighties, appearing in "The Prodigal" (1984) with John Hammond, "Sword of Heaven" (1985) and the Sho Kosugi action picture "Rage of Honor" (1987). He also was featured in the TV movies "The Rockford Files: Godfather Knows Best" (CBS, 1995-96) and "The Rockford Files: Friends and Foul Play" (CBS, 1995-96). Most recently, Gibson appeared in "Murder She Wrote: The Celtic Riddle" (CBS, 2002-03).
