Glynn Edwards was an actor with a strong presence in film throughout his Hollywood career. Edwards's early acting career consisted of roles in various films, such as the Stanley Baker action flick "Zulu" (1964), the Michael Caine suspenseful adaptation "The Ipcress File" (1965) and "Robbery" (1967). He also appeared in the Nicol Williamson dramatic adaptation "The Bofors Gun" (1969) and the David Hemmings thrilling mystery "Fragment of Fear" (1971). His film career continued throughout the seventies in productions like the action picture "Get Carter" (1971) with Michael Caine, "Under Milk Wood" (1971) and "The Playbirds" (1978). He also appeared in "The Stick Up" (1978) with David Soul. He also appeared in the TV special "A Place To Die" (ABC, 1974-75). During the latter part of his career, he continued to act in "Confessions From the David Galaxy Affair" (1979), "Rising Damp" (1980) and the John Hurt sports "Champions" (1983). He also appeared in the comedy "Red Monarch" (1983) with Colin Blakely. Edwards more recently acted in the comedy "Out of Order" (1988) with Gary Webster.
