Hisham Suliman
Hisham Suliman was an Israeli actor who became an internationally recognized face through various appearances in film and television. Born on February 28, 1978 in Nazareth, Israel, Suliman made his acting debut at the tender age of fourteen, appearing in the film "La dame du Caire" (1992). It would be another decade before Suliman acted again professionally, but he was soon racking up film roles, including cameos in "Shtey dakot miparadis" (2002), "Whispering Embers" (2005), and most notably Steven Spielberg's Oscar-nominated terrorism thriller "Munich" (2005). He continued to appear in films, mostly in his native Israel, including "The Little Traitor" (2007) and "Zaytoun" (2012), before landing a guest spot on an episode of the American thriller "Homeland" (Showtime, 2011-). After that, Suliman began working regularly in television, landing regular roles on series such as "Mermaids" (HOT 3, 2014-), "Good Family" (HOT 3, 2014-), and "Fauda" (Netflix, 2015). A short run of film appearances followed, including "Wounded Land" (2015), "Junction 48" (2016), and "The Last Band in Lebanon" (2016), Suliman returned to television, starring in the legal drama "Your Honor" (KVODO, 2017-), which was adapted for American TV on the Showtime network, and broke ground with the action sci-fi series "Medinah" (2017-), the first Middle Eastern TV series to premiere at San Diego ComicCon.
