Kofi Siriboe was an American actor and the middle brother in the family of fellow actors Kwame Boatang and Kwesi Boakye. He began his career as a model, signing to major agency Wilhelmina Models. He transitioned into acting as well, and landed his first major film role at age 14 when he played a supporting character in the Ice Cube-led The Longshots (2008). Siriboe popped up in a few episodic appearances of shows like "Entourage" (HBO, 2004-2011) and "Lincoln Heights" (ABC Family, 2007-09), and even a 2012 episode of "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation" (CBS, 2000-2015). He portrayed recurring character Tyler Miller on the penultimate season of "Awkward" (MTV, 2011-16), then made brief appearances in critically lauded films Whiplash (2014) and Straight Outta Compton (2015). Siriboe's first major co-starring role came in the Oprah Winfrey Network original drama "Queen Sugar" (OWN, 2016), which followed two sisters dealing with the 800-acre sugarcane farm inheritance left to them by their recently departed father.
