Lee Montague
Actor Lee Montague was widely known for his presence on the silver screen. Early on in his acting career, Montague landed roles in various films, including "The Camp on Blood Island" (1958), the action flick "The Silent Enemy" (1959) with Laurence Harvey and the Stanley Baker mystery adaptation "Chance Meeting" (1959). He also appeared in the Dirk Bogarde drama "The Singer Not the Song" (1961), the Anthony Quinn adaptation "The Savage Innocents" (1961) and the dramatic adaptation "Billy Budd" (1962) with Terence Stamp. His film career continued throughout the seventies in productions like "Eagle in a Cage" (1972), the Graham Faulkner biopic drama "Brother Sun, Sister Moon" (1972) and the biopic "Mahler" (1974) with Robert Powell. He also appeared in the Sophia Loren drama "Brass Target" (1978). During the latter half of his career, he continued to act in "Silver Dream Racer" (1980), "Red Monarch" (1983) and "Lady Jane" (1986) with Helena Bonham Carter. He also appeared in "Madame Sousatzka" (1988). He also was featured in the TV movie "Pope John Paul II" (CBS, 1983-84). Montague more recently appeared in "Jekyll & Hyde" (ABC, 1989-1990).
