Lia Sargent
Lia Sargent worked on a variety of projects during her entertainment career. She also was featured in the miniseries "James A. Michener's "Space"" (1984-85). She additionally landed roles in the TV movies "Freedom" (1980-81), "There Must Be a Pony" (ABC, 1986-87) and "Day One" (CBS, 1988-89). She also worked in film during these years, including roles in the Whoopi Goldberg action picture "Burglar" (1987). In the eighties and the early 2000s, Sargent devoted her time to various credits, such as "Leap of Faith" (CBS, 1988-89), "An Inconvenient Woman" (1990-91) and "Somebody's Daughter" (ABC, 1992-93). She also worked on "Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas" (1998), "Perfect Blue" with Makoto Kitano (1999) and "One Hell of a Guy" (Cinemax, 2000-01). Sargent had a number of different projects under her belt in the early 2000s, including the Mike Myers and Eddie Murphy hit "Shrek" (2001), "Cowboy Bebop: The Movie" (2002) and "Sex and Breakfast" (2007). Her credits also expanded to "Sweet Nothing in My Ear" (CBS, 2007-08), "The Flock" (2007) starring Richard Gere and "Dead Space: Downfall" with Nika Futterman (2008). Most recently, Sargent worked on the fantastical comedy "The Odd Life of Timothy Green" (2012) with Jennifer Garner.
