Marland Proctor
Actor Marland Proctor was known for his roles on the silver screen. Proctor began his acting career in film, appearing in such titles as the Jae Miller crime feature "The Bang Bang Gang" (1970), the Elizabeth Plumb drama "The Dark Side of Tomorrow" (1970) and the action movie "Chrome And Hot Leather" (1971) with William Smith. He also appeared in the TV movie "The Affair" (ABC, 1973-74). In the seventies, Proctor devoted his time to various credits, such as "Curse of the Headless Horseman" (1974), "Garden of the Dead" (1974) starring John Dennis and "Psycho From Texas" (1974). He also worked on "The Black Gestapo" with Rod Perry (1974). During the latter half of his career, he continued to act in "Just the Two of Us" (1975) with Elizabeth Plumb, the thriller "Psychic Killer" (1975) with Paul Burke and the Juanita Brown drama "Black Starlet" (1978). Proctor more recently acted in the thriller "The Fury" (1978) with Kirk Douglas.
