Michael Vavitch
Michael Vavitch was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. In his early acting career, Vavitch appeared in such films as "Hotel Imperial" (1927), "The Dove" (1927) and "Two Arabian Knights" (1927). He also appeared in "A Thief in the Dark" (1928). He kept working in film throughout the twenties, starring in "Glorious Betsy" (1928), "The Gaucho" (1928) with Douglas Fairbanks and "The Woman Disputed" (1928). He also appeared in "The Bridge of San Luis Rey" (1929). During the latter part of his career, he continued to act in "The Divine Lady" (1929), "Wolf Song" (1929) and "A Devil With Women" (1930). Vavitch more recently acted in "War Nurse" (1930).
