Paul McAllister
Paul McAllister was a big screen film actor known for powerful performances. Early on in his acting career, McAllister landed roles in various films, including "Forever" (1921), "What's Wrong With Women" (1922) and "Columbus" (1923). He also appeared in "Manhandled" (1924), the Ronald Colman action movie "The Winning of Barbara Worth" (1926) and "Sorrell and Son" (1927). His passion for acting continued to his roles in projects like the historical drama "Noah's Ark" (1929) with Dolores Costello, "The Case of Sergeant Grischa" (1930) and "Beau Ideal" (1931). He also appeared in "Inspiration" (1931) with Greta Garbo and the dramatic adaptation "Mary of Scotland" (1936) with Katharine Hepburn. McAllister was most recently credited in "Hercules in the Underworld" (1994-95). In the forties through the nineties, McAllister lent his talents to projects like "The Doctor Takes a Wife" with Ray Milland (1940), "Hercules and the Amazon Women" and "Hercules and the Lost Kingdom" (1993-94). His credits also expanded to "Hercules and the Circle of Fire" and "Hercules in the Maze of the Minotaur" (1994-95). McAllister passed away in July 1955 at the age of 80.
