Perry Murdock was widely known for his acting on the big screen. Murdock's earliest roles were in film, including "Lightning Speed" (1928), "Headin' North" (1930) and the Bob Steele western "Breed of the Border" (1933). He also appeared in the Bob Steele western "The Gallant Fool" (1933) and "Young Blood" (1933) with Bob Steele. He continued to act in productions like the western "A Demon For Trouble" (1934) with Don Alvarado, the western "Paradise Canyon" (1935) with John Wayne and the Bob Steele western "Cavalry" (1936). He also appeared in "Border Phantom" (1937). Murdock had a number of different projects under his belt in the sixties and the seventies, including "How I Spent My Summer Vacation" (NBC, 1966-67), "Istanbul Express" (NBC, 1968-69) and "Backtrack" (1969). His credits also expanded to "Night Gallery" (NBC, 1969-1970) and "A Very Missing Person" (ABC, 1971-72). Murdock last worked on "I Love a Mystery" (NBC, 1972-73). Murdock passed away in April 1988 at the age of 87.
