Richard Hell
Actor-musician Richard Hell made a splash in Hollywood both on and off-screen. Hell's early acting career consisted of roles in various films, such as the drama "Smithereens" (1982) with Susan Berman, "Geek Maggot Bingo" (1983) with Robert Andrews and the comedy "Desperately Seeking Susan" (1985) with Rosanna Arquette. He also appeared in "No Picnic" (1990). His film career continued throughout the nineties in productions like "What About Me" (1992) with Rachel Amodeo. Hell also created music for the comedy "Airheads" (1994) with Brendan Fraser. Film continued to be his passion as he played roles in the Elvis Costello documentary "Punk" (1995) and the Edie Falco documentary "Blind Light" (1998). Hell's music was most recently used in the Alan Rickman dramatic musical "CBGB" (2013). He held additional roles in television including a part on "Rock & Roll" (PBS, 1995-96).
