Precociously gifted, Robert Naylor built an impressive reputation as one of North America's most talented up-and-coming young actors. Born July 6, 1996 in Pointe-Claire, Québec, Canada, Robert Naylor quickly achieved bilingual success as an actor, debuting at age 10 in the American telefilm "Circle of Friends" (Lifetime, 2006) and in the "La revanche" season of the venerable Québec hockey series "Lance et compte" (Radio-Canada, 1986- ). A heavily in-demand voice actor, Naylor lent his pipes to D.W. Read, younger sister to the famous animated aardvark "Arthur" (PBS, 1996- ), reprising his role on its spin-off "Postcards from Buster" (PBS, 2004-08). He earned a Best Actor Genie Award nomination for his astounding turn as a violent, troubled child in the wrenching abuse drama "10 ½" (2010). Winning a Young Artist Award and Best Actor from the Bratislava International Film Festival for his powerful work in the film, Naylor joined the cop drama "19-2" (Radio-Canada, 2011- ), essayed young Theseus in the "mythology-lite" blockbuster "Immortals" (2011) and played the troublemaking younger brother of "Hannah Montana" (Disney Channel, 2006-2011) co-star Emily Osment in the made-for-TV film "Cyberbully" (ABC Family, 2011). The young actor then recurred as a ghost on "Being Human" (Syfy/Space, 2011- ) and voiced the world's most famous magical puppet in a new animated production of "Pinocchio" (2012).
