Trini Lopez
Trini Lopez brought his musical talents to a variety of films over the course of his Hollywood career. Lopez's early acting career consisted of roles in various films, such as "Marriage on the Rocks" (1965), the Lee Marvin action movie "The Dirty Dozen" (1967) and the comedy "The Phynx" (1970) with A Michael Miller. Lopez also contributed music to "Three Coins in the Fountain" (NBC, 1969-1970) and "There Was a Crooked Man" (1970) with Kirk Douglas. In the seventies and the eighties, Lopez devoted his time to various credits, such as "The Reluctant Heroes" (ABC, 1971-72), "Celebration: The American Spirit" (ABC, 1975-76) and "Big Wednesday" (1978). He also worked on "I Miei Primi Quarant'Anni" with Carol Alt (1987). Lopez continued to exercise his talent in the eighties through the early 2000s, taking on a mix of projects like "Sea World's All-Star, Lone Star Celebration" (CBS, 1987-88), "Born on the Fourth of July" (1989) and "Social Suicide" (1995) starring Bobbie Bresee. His credits also expanded to "I'm Not There" (2007). Most recently, Lopez worked on the Talan Torriero comedy "American High School" (2009). Trini Lopez died on August 11, 2020 at the age of 83.
