Steve D Granville has two roles and nothing to do with ether. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 03/31/24 Full Review nick s Solid performances from the actors. Directing was a little stiff. The story was okay, possibly one twist too many. Not a big fan of the twin trope which has been used in far too many film noirs. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/19/24 Full Review dave j Adapted from Cornell Woolrich story "He Looked Like Murder" with the narrator Mike Carr (Don Castle) narrating both the story and the events when one of the 2 twin sisters both played by Bonita Granville is murdered all pointing to her spouse, Alex (John Litel) as the guilty suspect evading the police. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 03/30/23 Full Review Audience Member First-time producer Jack Wrather and relatively in-experienced director John Reinhardt are guilty delivering an uneven story. The film dabbles in noir's conventions, but sometimes feels like a stage play. Wrather's soon-to-be real-life wife, Bonita Granville, can't carry the dual roles the story demands. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/13/23 Full Review Audience Member Wow. Crazy intense. It was awesome... Rated 5 out of 5 stars 10/24/18 Full Review Audience Member Objectively very good, very gripping. Packs some surprises. Great cinematography keeps you interested in the plot in spite of the limited scope of the physical setting. Not for the faint of heart. It gets very dark. But if you can handle some disturbing subject matter, I can give this a hearty recommendation. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 10/23/18 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating
