Audience Member awesome film, saw it years ago have to keep coming back for another view every few years. Just briliant indy film, seem like they spent way more than the 500k they actually had for a budget. just wow Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/22/23 Full Review Audience Member I suppose if you have an interest in LARP this movie may hold some interest. However, since I am not, the whole film is unbelievably silly. With that as its platform, the rest of the movie is poor in its delivery, from script to direction. The movie does not survive its age. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 01/24/23 Full Review Audience Member Wild Hunt is a weird movie - and a good one. Everything starts off as an interesting deep look into the LARP culture, then slowly and creepingly develops into an almost apocalyptic thriller about mass hysteria and revenge. Fascinating. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/25/23 Full Review Audience Member I thought it was great. I'm not into LARP but I am a lifelong tabletop nerd and this film really spoke to me. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/08/23 Full Review Audience Member http://variety.com/2009/film/markets-festivals/the-wild-hunt-1200475919/ Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/24/23 Full Review Audience Member I loved this movie, save for the extremely annoying bitch that for some reason attracts more than one man with her noxious, over-dramatic behavior. Aside from that, it's a gem. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/19/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating

Sara Michelle Fetters MovieFreak.com Nice performances, interesting ideas and intriguing visuals aside, the final product is as cold as the environment its set in, and as such my medieval instincts are to urge people to ultimately leave this particular picture alone. Rated: 2.5/4 Jul 15, 2010 Full Review Roger Ebert Chicago Sun-Times The acting is effective, the direction by Alexandre Franchi is confident, and the cinematography by Claudine Sauve could hardly look more assured. Rated: 3/4 Jun 24, 2010 Full Review Liam Lacey Globe and Mail More entertaining in concept than execution. Rated: 2/4 Apr 9, 2010 Full Review Brian D. Johnson Maclean's Magazine This film brimming with conviction. And it pulls off an unlikely stunt-carving an intense, authentic, ultimately harrowing drama out of what first seems like a potentially risible world of medieval make-believe. Jul 23, 2019 Full Review Amie Simon Three Imaginary Girls This film moves a little slowly, but the ending is totally worth the wait. Make sure you watch through the credits too! Mar 8, 2019 Full Review Dorothy Woodend The Tyee (British Columbia) As the rules and careful structures that govern the action go up in a blaze of real violence, human nature in all its elemental ferocity is revealed. This unmasking is both terrifying and oddly thrilling. Aug 22, 2017 Full Review Read all reviews
