delysid d this is a pretty cool movie about old school terrorists. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 05/16/18 Full Review Audience Member good interesting hostage melodrama Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 01/21/23 Full Review Audience Member Not only did Sean Connery's name get my attention, so did the names of composer Jerry Goldsmith and cinematographer Sven Nykvist. I figured with those three doing a movie together, it couldn't be that bad. I was wrong. The movie has a lousy plot and hideous dialogue making this quite boring. Sven Nykvist work in the film is disappointing because he doesn't capture the atmosphere of the film very well. Jerry Goldsmith's score isn't near his best work although it was okay. Sean Connery did his best with what he was given which wasn't much. Connery, Nykvist and Goldsmith should have avoided this one. See if you must, but you're not going to see anything special. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/06/23 Full Review Audience Member A bland movie with a storyline that is too convoluted to explain in its short 88 minutes of run time. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 01/18/23 Full Review Audience Member Mixed feelings about this film. Although quite enjoyable in some ways I had trouble with the plot line which seemed a bit too far fetched for me. It left me bewildered at the end. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/03/23 Full Review Audience Member Utterly forgotten pic- I have it because the composer was Jerry Goldsmith. A gifted agent knows better than to fall for terrorist's ploys and gov. prattle, because eventually it all comes down to behind the scenes shenanigans- ppl within the brit gov are actually staging the crisis for cynical monetary purposes. Ppl can think it's standard men's action novel material, but it's also very true. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/31/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating

Helen Frizell Sydney Morning Herald The pace is fast, the action hot, and the ending an absolute stunner.
