See more 08/19/2008 Actually only a three star movie, but gets an extra star for fabulous 1970s ambience... including a psychedelic fashion extravaganza, and a secret orgy/ torture chamber carpeted floor to ceiling in red shag pile and featuring accessories created from sculptures of naked human torsos. Then there's Bekim Fehmiu, a sultry, charismatic and handsome hero's hero, and a bevvy of beautiful women including Candice Bergen and Leigh Taylor Young. Harold Robbins trash done on an epic scale. See more 09/26/2007 Bekim Fehmiu has been one my favourite actors since childhood, in spite of the fact that his movies were anything but children movies. It's probably his charisma on one hand, and sense of rightousness that he brings into almost all of his characters on the other. It's amasing how a modest Sarajevo born kid could get as far as Holywood back in the days of Cold War. The movie itself might have been different without him.One of his best movies in my oppinion.
