Jeffrey M. Anderson Combustible Celluloid Though 'Sorceress' falls far below Hill's usual standards, it definitely works as a so-bad-it's-good camp classic. Rated: 2.5/4 May 12, 2024 Full Review Dustin Putman TheBluFile.com A mid-1990s D-movie relic, the film is 40% supernatural thriller, 60% soft-core romp, and 100% goofy. Monsol E A riff-ably bad watch, lousy if you want good storytelling, but great if you want something stupid to mock every scene. I did like the viking and the crypt scene/ lion-thing were cool. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/25/23 Full Review Audience Member It's basically softcore porn loosely wrapped in a silly goosebumps like plot about witches and the occult. If Andy Sidaris made a horror film I think it would come out something like this. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 01/20/23 Full Review Audience Member Witches Julie Strain and Linda Blair look great here as they use their powers to battle each other while their lawyer husbands become collateral damage. Better late night cable offering than most even if Strain is given minimal camera time. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/13/23 Full Review Audience Member Painful sub-Soap Opera level acting really kills any sense of drama in a pretty generic modern witchcraft story. The sexiness fails to come across in some awkwardly stilted scenes that the actors just cant commit to. The only thing to recommend is Strain's performance, while nothing brilliant is actually fun and funny to watch.. also a Linda Blair cameo is never a bad thing. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 02/06/23 Full Review Audience Member Witches Julie Strain and Linda Blair look great here as they use their powers to battle each other while their lawyer husbands become collateral damage. Better late night cable offering than most even if Strain is given minimal camera time. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 01/28/23 Full Review Audience Member Definitely not the greatest movie ever made. If you're a purv who digs lesbians, then there's one scene you'll like. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 01/30/23 Full Review Read all reviews
