Jeff Shannon Seattle Times 3 Ninjas was a surprising box-office hit with the Saturday matinee family crowd, earning the highest cost-to-profit ratio of that year and instantly mandating this all-too-unnecessary sequel. Rated: 1.5/4 Jun 4, 2013 Full Review Kevin Thomas Los Angeles Times 3 Ninjas Kick Back is just as lively and engaging as the 1992 original Rated: 3/5 Jun 4, 2013 Full Review John Petrakis Chicago Tribune Fantasy is one thing. 3 Ninjas Kick Back is something else entirely: junk food laced with testosterone. Rated: 1/4 Jun 4, 2013 Full Review Brian Costello Common Sense Media Immature humor, sexism in trite '90s sequel. Rated: 2/5 Feb 18, 2015 Full Review Stephen Hunter Baltimore Sun Loud, callow, jejune, infantile, puerile and annoying as hell. Rated: 1/4 Jun 4, 2013 Full Review Fred Topel About.com Worse than the first one. These kids are no Spy Kids. Rated: 0/5 Jul 14, 2003 Full Review Read all reviews

Polo S Ok so it’s of course not as good as the 1st one and the recasting of two brothers really ticked me off when I was a kid but still not a bad movie for a kid and definitely should be higher percentage..a lot of HILARIOUS moments like the original! Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 08/07/24 Full Review NateChuck A fun sequel that I think is better than the original. Good cast of kids. Another fun 90s kids movie.
