What to Know

Critics Consensus

6 Days effectively unravels its fact-based tale in the form of a taut -- albeit unambitious -- thriller that captures its era with a minimum of flair.

Bell is terrific - a combination of cocky swagger and perfect focus ... Go to Full Review

There is a payoff here, even if the film does come across like an oddly nostalgic ode to the hard-line stance of Britain's 'Iron Lady', Margaret Thatcher. Go to Full Review

It's a shame that the story is rather bogged down by a sagging script and only basic character sketches. Go to Full Review

Stephen R @Slryan Dec 9 A true story about real heros. We live in an age of fakes. Sly Stallone fled to Italy and did porn videos while his classmates fought in Vietnam. Gregory Peck faked a back injury to avoid World War II. John Wayne was booed off the stage by veterans angry about his draft dodging. Thank God we can see a movie about real heroes. Gives background information to a story that many of us thought we were familiar with. See more d 12/28/2023 I really enjoyed it- edge of your seat stuff made all the better knowing it is real Great acting on the part of Max and all the SAS crew See more Glenn C 08/30/2023 An enjoyable movie. Strong characters and an interesting insight into Britain under Margaret Thatcher. The style of the cinematography and the script takes you back to the early 80s and the way the governments had to develop their and adapt their responses to a range of international threats, such as hijackings, bombings and hostage situations.
