See more 12/05/2020 While a predictable ending happens, which would launch it into allegory, suspension of disbelief is required and the film takes itself maybe too seriously. Still, it's refreshing to have a disaster movie with a more calm pace and some character construction beyond the stereotype. There's another interesting movie that could happen if the filmmakers were interested in showing us what actually happens in the "evacuation area", and that it is only glimpsed here.. overall, the resollution reminded me of the one in the better - I know I am in the minority - apocalyptic film "Knowing", by Alex Proyas.
