Frank Scheck The Hollywood Reporter An overwrought family melodrama involving that hoariest of clichs, the reading of a will. Audience Member This is a powerful story of manipulation. Serena's being gay isn't the focus, the brother sister dynamic is. Watching the art of manipulation trickle down the generation is in itself powerful. I thought the movie was beautiful and the soundtrack is moving. I'm not sure Frank (the Hollywood Reporter) actually watched the movie, or if he just saw an opportunity to berate. Either way I look forward to the next film from this multi award winning director!
