01/12/2021 A walk with Grace is a low budget Christian film it feels like it should be on the lifetime channel. The movie has a good message and there’s nothing offensive in it but it’s pretty bland overall. Some of the performances are cringe worthy and the story is full of the usual big town small town clichés. Plus the constant use of the cheesy music gets old quick. It reminds us of blessings of a small town and how family pulls together. Great to see a movie with drama, without violent plots, and has happy endings. It shows positive family values, love, and relationships. Great seeing a wonderful actress, Ashley Bratcher, who portrayed Grace. Couldn't think of a better movie to watch on Christmas. The direction and cinematography made me want to move to Ohio. The story was engaging and had depth. Ashley Bratcher was perfectly cast as a smart, midwestern lawyer who stayed local and grounded. Hope we see more stories about this neat little town!
