A retiring Triad boss in Hong Kong is gunned down leaving no plan for succession within his ranks. A free-for-all results among his own people as well as other bosses. His pacifistic foster daughter is said to be the leader he had in mind, but she wants no part of it. Chaos ensues. The movie lacks rhythm and intelligence. Most of the characters are unlikable.
