      What to Know

      Critics Consensus

An earnest attempt to parody campy 1950s sci-fi films, Alien Trespass eventually loses its charm among tedious dialogue and cheesy special effects.

nick s A low budget movie that tries to be zany but gets caught up in its own story. The acting is very stagey, which makes it hard to care about any of the characters. A lot more gags and quips may have made it more bearable. You could see that everyone was trying hard to make it work. Sets and costumes were pretty good. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 04/01/24 Full Review Jim S Perhaps the worst movie made this Century. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 06/21/23 Full Review Jack B The pros completely missed this one, folks. If you're into old, original scifi movies, and even if you're not, watch this one on a rainy night with your spouse or date with some popcorn and milk duds. We need more simple, tongue-in-cheek movies like this to keep us sane. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 05/09/23 Full Review Kelly W Loved it. Wish it were longer. Perfect parody of 1950's style alien invasion movies. Lightly done and appropriately paced. Perfect for a sequel or tv series. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 04/25/23 Full Review sean s Basically, this was straight shot of a 1950's Alien Invades "Science Fiction" type of movie shot in rich color. The clothes, cars, cliche' characters and dialogue was right on. It was played straight as far as I could tell, which was fine if you are into those sort of things. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review plaid13 Good movie if you like the cheesy feel of the 50s alien and monster movies. It is not for everyone but worth giving a chance if you like that sort of thing. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 01/17/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating

Hank Sartin Time Out Rated: 2/5 Nov 17, 2011 Full Review Sara Michelle Fetters MovieFreak.com The simple fact is that this movie kind of drove me nuts, and the only emotion it consistently brought out of me was an almost overwhelming desire for the darn thing to come to an end. Rated: 2/4 Apr 15, 2009 Full Review Joe Neumaier New York Daily News This lazy effort gets points only for truly loving -- perhaps to a fault -- the cheapo creature flicks of the 1950s. Rated: 1/5 Apr 3, 2009 Full Review Mike Massie Gone With The Twins A clever and surprisingly authentic throwback to the cheesy sci-fi films of the '50s. Rated: 6/10 Nov 28, 2020 Full Review Debbie Lynn Elias Behind The Lens ALIEN TRESPASS -- these aliens can trespass on a movie screen near me anytime! Nov 6, 2019 Full Review Emanuel Levy EmanuelLevy.Com The movie can't decide if it's an homage to 1950s sci-fi genre or a "new" kind of story. Rated: C+ Apr 18, 2011 Full Review Read all reviews
