Indian c 02/09/2022 I really wanted to like this movie. While I did enjoy the very interesting plot and the (mostly) good acting, I have to admit that the writing of the movie was not as smart as it wanted to be - and it shows. The script was not just filled with cheesy dialogue written by children, but it also treated the audience like absolute idiots, spelling out everything that was happening at the time with cringe-inducing 4th wall breaks that were likely an attempt at imitating the same from 'The Big Short'. Everything was also edited terribly to the point where it ruined potentially powerful scenes. This problem got progressively worse towards the end of the film. However, the interesting plot kept me invested in Baazaar and almost made up for the rest of its shortcomings.
