Scott F A very clunky movie attempting to capitalize on Marty Robbins's most successful recording, "El Paso." The writing is dreadful, the direction uninspiring, and the acting wooden as a cigar store Indian. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 03/21/24 Full Review Audience Member Really good Marty Robbins Western hear that I will highly recommend James Welch, Henderson, Arkansas, September 13, 2023 Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 09/13/23 Full Review Audience Member I enjoyed it very much. It sent me back to the days of my childhood watching those old cowboy movies for the horses seem to be running way too fast. The movie was hokey as you might expect. But at least they were honest about it. I love the great scenes where Marty runs and just jumps on his white horse and takes off. Of course it is a white horse, We are up on the time legs. And did you notice when the horse entered a courtyard prancing like a Lippizanner stallion. I even liked the fuzzy cinematography. Thought it was a great movie and I recommend it. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/16/23 Full Review Audience Member Whimsical slightly over-romantic western that does try to have a tough edge, it just fails miserably in interest value.
