(All of the Rogue Gallery has also time travelled back; and become a King of the city states of ancient Japan as a matter of fact; each trying to unify the country and take over)...This is every bit the "Elseworlds" tale; and a very ambitious one; with an excellent plot and scripting; and the Showrunners here really go above and beyond with truly impressive visuals. They also bring in inside knowledge about Japans history and culture to bring a real verisimilitude and style to the proceedings. Next to Gotham By Gaslight, this is my favorite. Terrific.
