Audience Member This campy John Waters-que documentary-comedy is bound to satisfy many. It is also a story about resistance to censorship, entrepreneurship and individualism. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/01/23 Full Review Audience Member Goody mix of documentary and biopic. The biopic scenes are clearly done in an exaggerated 50's style. It's pretty entertaining. I particularly like the character of 'Red' during the courtroom scenes. The white guy who thinks he's black on "Trailer Park Boys" is in it and does this over-the-type 50's hipster lingo. Once again, I think it's intentional corniness. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/12/23 Full Review Audience Member Mockumentary about the muscles of the 50s, giving insight into the birth of the 'physique' magazines and why young men embraced such audacious poses for those mags. Not much acting to be judged, but on the entertainment values it was not too bad. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 01/12/23 Full Review Audience Member La que es una buena historia para una excelente película, queda en el trasto, por una pobre producción, unas actuaciones mediocres y un sin fin de tonterias. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 02/13/23 Full Review Audience Member A pointed look into the undiscovered Hollywood. The seedy underbelly of 'those' magazines. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/25/23 Full Review Audience Member Like the melancholy remininces of an old relative who lived through an exciting, even harrowing time, but no longer possesses the mental faculties to really flesh out the tale they're spinning.
