Bhool Chuk Maaf is a film that is finally caught in its temporal quicksand. Go to Full Review

Far too many times in the last few years, Rajkummar Rao has played versions of the same person: a small town layabout whose overwhelming uselessness is inexplicably presented as innocent charm. Go to Full Review

A rollicking social commentary laced with a layer of magic realism, Bhool Chuk Maaf makes a sharp comment on the growing schism in society where goodness and compassion are often measured on a scale of religious identity.... Go to Full Review

Bhool Chuk Maaf has a fairly well-intentioned premise that's marred by the monotony of its leading man's overkill in the space as well as writer-director Karan Sharma's noisy, callow treatment. Go to Full Review

It isn't only owing to its outlandish plot that Bhool Chuk Maaf is a tad difficult to comprehend and decipher. It goes round and round in circles. Go to Full Review

Jayesh C Nov 12 Story line was kind of weak, and it felt like the entire movie was dragged out. See more Simmi B Aug 29 bestttttt movie 💖🫠 See more Malik Usman N Jul 26 One of theeeee best movie from Indian cilma love it literally 💗💗💗😍😍❤️😍 so much fun laugh cried going to watch again with my whole family 😁 See more Atul D Jul 3 It sets out with the promise of a socially conscious message, but takes its time finding the right tone. The first half feels sluggish and at times confusing, and while the messaging eventually becomes clearer, the overall concept doesn’t quite land with the impact it seems to aim for. Wamiqa Gabbi is the clear standout here, bringing nuance to a film that otherwise feels uneven in both tone and writing. The humour comes in scattered bits, with maybe a line or two worth a chuckle — but nothing that leaves a lasting impression. Technically, the film sits in mediocre territory — the music and background score don’t distract, but neither do they elevate. The tonal shift toward the end works, but mostly because the film finally wraps things up and leans into a message that’s morally agreeable. Sum up - Bhool Chuk Maaf has its heart in the right place, but its storytelling doesn’t quite keep up. Watch it if you're curious about the cast or want a film that ends on a well-intentioned note, but temper your expectations. See more Shailendra K Jun 8 A small town romantic comedy from the hit making production house of Dinesh Vijan, starring an in form Rajkummar Rao, a hot and happening Wamiqa Gabbi along with a cast of great character actors like Sanjay Mishra, Raghubir Yadav, Seema Pahwa, Zakhir Hussain and Ishtiyak Khan is a great recipe for success especially when you add a sprinkle of time loop anomaly to freshen up the traditional rom com story telling format. On the whole the movie delivers but it certainly had much more potential to raise the entertainment to a whole another level. The time loop anomaly concept is still relatively new in Bollywood and hasnt been used to the level of some of the finest international time loop movies of all time. Karan Sharma still manages to make it fun and entertaining for most of the loops in his directorial debut for the silver screen. Rao is likable for most of the movie but starts feels a bit tired and irritating in some loops. Wamiqa is eye candy for most of the movie but does a good job in her happy go lucky "Titli" character. The remaining cast is impeccable and do a great job however feel a bit underutilized. The ending for time loop anomaly movies is the tricky part and can make or break the movie. The social message based ending is good but not great and doesnt pack a really solid punch in the end. The journey to that end via the multiple time loops is fun and that is the main objective of the movie....to keep it fun and entertaining. Some of the loops are truly hilarious while some manage to be borderline funny. Overall it was a fun time pass movie. 7/10 See more Pavan j May 25 The film delivers great comedy along with a meaningful message about relationships and second chances. It’s light, heartwarming, and definitely worth a watch. See more Read all reviews
