      sean s As much as I like Rutger Hauer, this movie is kind of weak on many levels. It might be ok for background noise or as a 1970's movie of the week, but film making has come a long way from then. General crime drama with generic characters and little effort at creating twists or shocks. The story just isn't interesting enough to hold the movie together.
