james g I enjoyed all the different storylines in "Boston", some focusing on an eventual winner. And, yes, it's a tearjerker without getting schmaltzy. Loved all the city scenes over the 100+ years. I'm gonna watch it again as I was focused mainly on the bombing and missed a few of the smaller stories. Good documentary, and I'm getting why people love Boston so much. People REALLY LOVE BOSTON! Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review john m Not just your average crime-type doc on the bombers nor a catered sports doc for marathon runners, this is a very well made history film and human view on a specific event that has brought the attention of the world to women athletes and a communal love for many different personal reasons. Of course the Boston bombing takes up a small portion but the majority of it is very engaging to watch just for the historical factor of the race throughout the years.
