The falling-in-lust scene at the bar lacked credibility. The bad guy's background in the Private Detective's file folder was too fishy. Bad guy standing on the roof watching his notes get burned. Razor amputation...that's a joke. One event after another begged for the viewer to buy into unbelievability. In general, a case of 'bad everything.'
