Ashley H Champagne Charlie is an okay film. It is about backers who want a gambler to marry a rich girl for her dowry. Paul Cavanagh and Helen Wood give decent performances. The script is a little slow in places. James Tinling did an alright job directing this movie. I liked this motion picture because of the drama.
